"This property is at the top end of town. About a 7 minute walk from the train station. We were met by an employee to bring our bags up to the hotel. Along the way he pointed out where to meet the bus for going to Machu Picchu. Check in was quick and staff were all friendly. Room was clean. Had a great sleep. Breakfast the next morning had everything needed for a good start to the day. Check out is early, 9 am, but they will keep your bags while you are at Machu Picchu. Highly recommend."

"Considering how crowded Machu Picchu Pueblo is, this hotel’s location is great. It may be right next to the train tracks, but at least it’s flat and there isn’t constant foot traffic. Anywhere in this town will be noisy - either from the trains or the river. Pros- staff will meet you at the train station to escort you to the hotel.(A very wonderful surprise). Friendly staff. "The room was very cold and not prepared for guests. Phone doesn’t work, I might go to reception every time and it was a lot because no hair dryer, no shampoo, no heater. And OMG it was sooo noisy in room at night!!"

The staff were very cordial and proud of their culture and natural beauty of their territory. I highly recommend this property to other travelers. "Very nice hotel. The staff were all really nice and ready to help. Clean rooms. Restaurant was really good especially our weiter Johann. Bar was well stocked with servers nice and knowledgeable. Would certainly go back."
