"Excellent hotel with amazing amenities, including a beautiful pool, spa, and gym. The atmosphere is lovely, creating a very pleasant and relaxing environment."
"We loved our stay at the Grand Magic Hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly overall. However, the biggest downside was the hotel shuttle service. The shuttles were far too crowded, and the frequency of service needs to be improved.
Unfortunately, we also had a very upsetting experience with one of the shuttle drivers, who was extremely unfriendly and handled a situation involving my teenage niece in a completely inappropriate way. She was visiting from South America and...
"Overall average stay. The staff wasn’t helpful with the transport information. The room was very basic and broken towel handle. The he breakfast was very basic and not many options."
Gracias."
"Positive feedback:
- Spacious room (couch included, bit TV, toilet and shower were separated)
- Staff were friendly to interact
- Great location (Westfield mall was across the street)
Other feedback:
- A/C does not work
- When we first when to use the shower, the floor smelled like urine. The shower drain is slow."
"The room was very clean, the staff were knowledgeable, enormous breakfast, and definitely can use some shampoo and wash cloth in the shower. I will definitely stay there again."

I like the water dispensers on every floor here and have never had any issues with the room other than the ones mentioned above. However on this stay, we came back to the hotel to collect our bags before heading back to the Eurostar as we always do and waited in the lobby. In the past the front desk has been very amenable as...
