"We stayed 3 nights. Horrible experience. We had 6 big suitcases with kids and they told us elevator was broken. We had to carry heavy suitcases up ourself during checkin.
Elevator was not fixed 3 days after and again kids and us have to carry suitcases down.
Manager suppose to talk to us about experience and suppose to help with baggages. He didn’t even bother to talk to us
Expedia and Best western tricked us.
No AC here.

- Spacious room (couch included, bit TV, toilet and shower were separated)
- Staff were friendly to interact
- Great location (Westfield mall was across the street)

- A/C does not work
- When we first when to use the shower, the floor smelled like urine. The shower drain is slow."

"Hôtel avec une Clim en panne depuis apparemment 1 mois mais on ne vous averti qu'une fois les clefs de la chambre remises. La carte du restaurant est réduite sans même être au courant alors que nous avons réservé. Des plats médiocre, un bar en rupture de menthe ... et j'en passe. Un hôtel qui ne mérite pas du tout ses 4 étoiles malgré le cadre qui est agréable si tout était entretenu correctement."
