"Arrived after-hours, so followed instructions and collected our room keys which were waiting for us at Oz’Inn, just 2 minutes walk from Natureva Spa. Had 2 consecutive bookings (3N each) and the next day we asked reception to keep us in the same room - they obliged and we were able to keep the same room for all 6 nights - reception and admin staff were very helpful! Receptionist couldn’t get paramedics to come & take me to ‘Emergency’, had to get a friend to take me!! Repatriated to UK now!
