"Fantastic staff and a great welcome. Didn’t try the breakfast, but the room was small and well designed. Very quiet and a fantastic location between the old town and the Ferrari museum. Great few night’s stay."
"The A/C was not very cold and at one point started leaking water. Hotel did offer to change the room but it was late in the night so slept with water dripping and plenty of towels on the floor. Hardly any breakfast for vegetarians - perhaps a better selection of fruits would be good."
"The breakfast and the team down in the breakfast room made it a 5 star experience, great coffee and great spread of Italian goodies. Mostly cold food but hot dishes. There is a lovely little outside area to enjoy one of best hotel breakfasts i had in a while.
The receptionist on arrival was functional rather than Friendly and when I wanted to ask a quick query they prioritiesed a telephone. I had single room, narrow bed and near the elevators so some noise coming into the room. So breakfast team...
"My stay started with a lot of stress. Although I had pre-booked and had a confirmation, a lot of fuss made by staff on the day of travel in order to pay in advance. I have stayed in this hotel many times before. Overall rooms are nice and big and it has good amenities. The breakfast has always been a let down but it was even worse this last time. Nothing seemed fresh so I would just have the coffee and leave."
