"Elena at the front desk was the best however this is not a 4 star hotel. It needs some serious maintenance and basic pressure washing, paint in the exterior. The inside flooring shows massive wear and tear. The shower had mildew and the water did not drain and the ac was not the best. Lots to improve to be a true 4star hotel."
"Nice view of the lake, but property needs a refresh to touch up some of the basics. Could use new paint, fixing some walls, modernized rooms and eating area, etc."
"Loved our stay here, we wished we had an extra night. Free bike rental and bus card, huge breakfast buffet, small buffet from 5-7 before supper, super friendly staff, great area! Facilities were spotless, pool was heated. 10/10 would recommend this stay! Also right across from the best gelato I’ve had in my entire life"
"Booked a room of 3 for two people. They gave me the room for 2. I had to pay extra when additional family member confirm staying with us. Breakfast is fenomenal. Tricky to arrive. Great location. Right in the city center. Free bikes. Could stay again."
"Property in great location, breakfast was great, sadly rooms could be cleaned better as toilet little smelly like men’s bathroom. Also some draws in room broken.
Sad to see the property needing some desperate maintenance in areas like broken floor tiles . Paint flaking. Shame as you can see what it would have been back in its prime.
Hope parc hotels refurbishes it soon as it’s in a much better location than it’s counterpart germano"
