"We stayed here for two weeks and felt welcome and cared for throughout. The meals are wonderful, the bed is comfy, the staff are friendly and parking is convenient."

"Really excellent hotel. Beautiful large and clean room, great breakfast, very good location , excellent price"

"Great place to stay during rainy days and also good start point for hiking or other activities!"

"It’s decent hotel even if slightly overpriced (it could have been related to the music festival in nearby Ostrava). The room and the bed were big by European standards and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty ok as well. The only thing which surprised us somewhat negatively was the €8 parking fee per night (in a small town). "

"Very nice resort with good dining area and wonderful spa."

"Very good hotel with a park and amazing and huge spa with its own natural pool!"

"Everything was OK for a short stay"

"Friendly staff, clean and convenient"

"Great location, nice staff."

"Nice basic accommodation, no frills, more a bed and breakfast than a hotel, but price reflects this."

"Abolutely amazing Staff, delicious breakfast. Hotel very clean with nice swimming pool and sauna. "

"👍"

"Nice, calm hotel in a nature "

"The hotel is located in a nice area with many pizzerias but the room they offered us must have never been cleaned! Disgusting floors and dirty bathroom "

"Das Hotel ist ganz wunderbar, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich und sorgen für eine positive Stimmung die ansteckt! Der Außenpool ist ein Traum, sehr erfrischend und man hat einen tollen Blick über die Landschaft! Und die besonderen Zimmer und das Essen - wirklich toll. Man kommt an und ist sofort im Urlaub."

"- good breakfast - good parking - poor staff, especially room cleaning service is barely existant - welness isn’t the best and largest in the area as their ads promise. You can have a much better deal for hotel, thermal park, restaurant and in fact everything in a nearby hotel Horal instead. "

However at this price you would expect some level of service and hot water in the shower. Check in was ok - the person at the reception was obviously new so a little bit clunky check in process. However.. I had ordered a restaurant table in advance for dinner that night. When I showed up around 7, the restaurant was less than half full, and I asked...

"Obiekt pięknie położony, ale daleko od centrum. Pokoje to jakiś dramat, dostaliśmy pokój wielkości 5 m2 z małym oknem i skośnym dachem, nawet szafy w nim nie było. Klaustrofobia. Niestety po obejrzeniu pokoju zrezygnowaliśmy z pobytu."
