"This property was very clean. The room has air conditioning that worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the door room did not close well. We had to pull it shut to latch. "Booked a room on Expedia based on the photos. We were really looking forward to spending time at this resort. Instead when we arrived we found that the room type we booked didn’t match the photos. The photos were of a superior room. Gabriella at reception was very helpful and apologetic and explained that the photos on Expedia were wrong. There was a blame game between Expedia and the Hotel. The hotel insisted that Expedia uploaded the photos. Expedia assured me it was the hotels fault....

"A very nice hotel with a beach. Our room was in a small one room circular building amongst a similar group, with its own outside seating area. Food was good and amenities good. It seemed good for children and almost all the other guests were families with children. There seemed to be a lot of entertainment for children. As a couple without children this wasn’t ideal, but overall a very nice hotel."

"These people do not speak English whatsoever. They try to up charge you at every step. Parking is a disaster. The young girl at the reception could care less about anything. She was more concerned about her manicure. I was not given pool towels at the reception upon check in, and they were trying to charge me for towels.
Breakfast opens at 0730. I was leaving at 0730 from the property. They wouldn’t even serve me a coffee at 0720. They had automatic coffee makers and were ready to go.
