"Just a couple ofsmall points Room key didnt work when i arrived staff in restaurant over keen to remove unfinished items eg coffee when fetching orher food. The breakfasts were enormous if one really wanted to fill up but it would have been better to decide if wanted all breakfasts at the reduced rate after eatibg the first one. Beer expensive compared to local bars sound like a complaint not really the staff were incredibly helpful and it was very clean"

"It is near public transport, only 5mins walk away from the underground station. Accessible to shopping centers and restaurants. We had a good sleep as the bed is so comfy. Lastly, it would be a 5 star rating if the staff could have been friendly, welcoming and smiling."

"The apartment suite we booked was new and huge with two bathrooms and full kitchen. The Miele appliances were so new and no instructions. Had to look up on internet how to use cooktop and washing machine. They should provide instructions in the room. View was outstanding, over the Danube.Loved the Yellow Bisztró cafe. Was open all day. Great massages and pedicure there. It is a spa hotel."

"The hotel is fine with good amenities and quiet. Great location with super easy access from Metro line 3 right across the street. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. Breakfast was pretty good but some days coffee machines did not all work. No coffee in the room, only tea. Some mornings hot food selection was limited or already gone even though we were there by 8:30. Thank you for a nice stay"

"This was easily one of the best values for a hotel that I have ever stayed at. The room with the outdoor terrace was amazing and the room was very spacious. I would highly recommend a stay here if you come to Budapest. The included breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpfull! Five star rating for me!"
