My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too. "The location is closed to the main cable car station, just 3 mins walk. Very clean and comfortable. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. "I went with a friend for a ski weekend. The hotel has a shuttle bus that runs up and down and they were very quick when we called them to come pick us up. The rooms are very nicely appointed, large and comfortable. My only pointer to management would be that the staff at the check-in desk are pretty clueless. I think they are mostly trainees.
