"This property requires lot’s of fixes. For a 4 star hotel, I was expecting much more cleanliness, you can see the layers of dust on top of the trims. There were broken floor transitions, broken wall paneling, broken trims and I even saw broken ceiling tiles, wallpaper seams were visible. So, for the price I paid I didn’t get the quality of the service or the quality property conditions. You can smell the cigarette smoke in some rooms. I can’t write everything that was wrong here either. "

Had to log in for Wi fi again next day even with continued stay. Saw a mouse outside the room the very first day. Dining hall’s doors were kept open to the reception area leading to smell of cooking in the reception and hallways. Dining hall did not have brightness.
