"Was a pleasure to stay at this hotel during our 5 night stay! The hotel is very close to the old town/harbor where all the action takes place. There there are tons of shops, restaurants and boats to chose from. Next to the hotel is a Hilton property with a great restaurant on the the roof from from where we saw a great sunset one night.
The staff of the Samarian are excellent. Always smiling and willing to help you, we had an issue with our iron. When I brought this up it was quickly replaced...
"A very convenient hotel super close to (walkable - barely 10 mins) but nicely away from the Old Town. Lovely room - spotlessly clean - and very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and we were able to park our car in the underground car park. That was such a help. Breakfast was good."

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town and within a 2 minute walk to the port, couldn’t really get a more ideal location to explore Chania and also a good location for walking to a pick up point for going to Balos, Elefonisi and other day trips. All in all a great stay and the location cannot be beaten!"

"Great property. Right on the beach. Staff is wonderful. Property is modern and clean. Breakfast is awesome! Had a massage, which was also excellent. Parking is available but the entry and parking spots in the basement are VERY tight! Peaceful and quite since there are no kids. Nice pool and pool bar. Beach beds are free for hotel guests, which is very nice."
