"Accueil médiocre à l’arrivée. J’avais envoyé un mail pour demander à réserver une place de parking dans le sous-sol : personne n’y avait répondu. Et à notre arrivée : la réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n’y a plus de place et que nous devons trouver une place dans la rue, stationnement payant à 8 euros la journée, samedi et dimanche compris !!! Aucune empathie, aucune intention de nous aider alors qu’on restait 4 nuits pour plus de 400 euros en tout. On se fait « gronder » par la femme de ménage...

"We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....

"The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia...
