"The hotel is clean and modern the staff are all helpful and polite. The food is also great and the location was nice it was around a 15 minute walk to the theme park and about the same to the beach. A great place if you have children plenty to do."

"I had an absolute fabulous time, and the young man on night shift call Henry who could speak English was so helpful as I flew into Madrid and and had to get two trains and Taxis to get to my hotel and I was so worried about getting back to Madrid I ask the receptios Henry who could speak very good English who told me I had to go to camp Taragona to get the fast train to Madrid he was very helpful pointing me in the right direction thank you very much and I will be coming back to the hotel very soon as the food and accommodation was beautiful thank you Caroline jenkins ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "

"Really enjoyed the overall visit, facilities were great, buffet was well organised! Unfortunately I did have someone next to me who had a child making a lot of noise so it did mean not much sleep, but would happily return! Staff were very friendly also!"

It was a pleasure to stroll through the well-maintained grounds, where you could clearly see the care and attention to detail. The pool was a wonderful oasis for relaxing on warm days, and the modern gym was a great bonus for keeping up with my fitness routine while on vacation. My only minor suggestion would be to add toilet brushes to the bathrooms. However, this small detail did not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience I had at this wonderful hotel. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning in the future! "
