"I will stay at this hotel again if i go back to Santiago. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful especial Alejandro from front office. He made extra effort to help us resolved the issue with VAT at their restaurant. Matias and Felipe were so helpful giving suggestions and recommendations about places to eat and how to go around Santiago. The hotel staff really made us felt like home while we stayed there. We had expected a pool-side room but were advised that there were noisy parties all week and some going on until 5am so we settled for a high floor away from the noise.
