"Would be great if staff gave you ALL details/included a tour of the facilities beforehand, as well as cancelation policies for excursions. Other than that the staff was very accommodating and helpful."
"The jacuzzi never got hot and the thermal pools were tepid at best. No settings on the television to turn the brightness down. The shampoo and conditioner had clearly been reused over and over even though they were sample bottles. There are buttons on the walls that do nothing like open and close curtain except there's nothing hooked up to the curtain. I'm 5 ft 7 and I weigh 220 lb and I could not fit into your bathrobes which is incredibly sad because half of the men on the planet are bigger...
"9 days B&B
Breakfast good with lots of choice. Paid for evening meal once but not worth it so wouldn’t suggest all inclusive. Good beach with lots of free beds & umbrella’s. Pool beds always reserved early so never got to use it but beach good anyway. Beach bungalow could do with updating but was cleaned daily and fresh bedding. Complimentary drinks in room, fridge, storage. Resort clean and tidy. Would recommend."
"Great place for an experience of a local village stay .
Great friendly staff . Only about 20 minutes from the centre of Hereklion.
Clean and well maintained"
"Ett bra hotell med härligt och rent poolområde. Lätt att få solstolar!
Underbar frukost med allt man kan kan önska.
Stort rum med HÅRDA sängar och inga väggkrokar. Bra med tvätthandfat i rummet.
Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal.
Bra läge till bra restauranger i Amodara."
"This would have been the perfect hotel had it not been for hundreds of unruly children running around. I blame the parents for the lack of order. The worst part was in the evening. In the bar for a relaxing drink and live music but liile kids running around the tables and back and forth in front of the band. Also there is a dress code but not enforced. Big overweight men in sleeveless t-shirts and bushes of hair sticking out of their armpits during mealtime. Beautiful hotel but we won’t be...
"Ausgezeichneter Strandurlaub mit unfassbar sauberen Strand. Essen abwechslungsreich und für All inclusive sehr gut. Personal immer gut gelaunt und sehr hilfsbereit"
"Athena was an amazing host and went out of her way to help us with late arrival, lost luggage, parking and tips for Archanes and Crete. The town, location and setting with the courtyard is great. The town is close to Heraklion airport, so it was easy to get there even after arriving very late. Athena was in contact with us throughout and made sure we found the property."
"Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didn’t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning."
