"Everything about this quiet and beautiful boutique hotel was first rate -- from the delicious breakfast to the spacious and relaxing rooms, to the always friendly staff and the location in old town Bolzano. I cannot recommend it more highly and look forward to visiting it and Bolzano again! ❤️"
"Ambiente im Park wunderschön. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Kellner nachmittags im Park und beim Abendessen super nett und kompetent. Das Abendessen im „Luna“ war sehr gut. Frühstück war ok, jedoch nichts außergewöhnliches. Das Personal beim Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. "Great hotel, clean, good amenities (lovely spa and lounge areas), big stylish room (comfort double with balcony) and helpful staff. Large amount of breakfast options as well - perfect start for our Alta Via 2 trek."
"Bit dated of a property. Great location. Very short walk about 100 yards to train. You are pretty much right next to city center. It’s certainly adequate and the staff was nice. Bedding was ok but not great. Didn’t eat there or use amenities."
"Out of all of our stays in the Dolomites, this was HANDS DOWN our favorite!! There is so much attention to detail, amenities provided, & a super friendly staff! Also, the breakfast each morning was wonderful! The location is great as well. Can't recommend this hotel enough. A++"
"Exceptional property. Everything was perfect. The property is gorgeous, friendly professional staff, wonderful breakfast, perfect location. Highly recommend!"
"Wow, what an amazing hotel. It was conveniently located in town and had incredible amenities. During your stay, you can access the hot tub, sauna, steam room and pool (complimentary); it was the perfect way to end the day after a hike. Highly recommend - will definitely be back!"
"Great location, walking distance to bus stops to access hikes around the region. Rooms were nicely decorated and air conditioning was working. Rooms weremrpivided woth bathrobe and slippers and pool was heated with a nice view looking towards the clock tower. Steam room was also of decent size, and there was a good selection for breakfast including cooked to order breakfast items (eg. Omelette)"
