"No air conditioning even though they advertise as having A/C. I went down to the front desk after trying to turn it on in my room unsuccessfully and was told that the "owner" had not turned it on yet for the hotel to save cost."

"Front desk staff person, on arrival, quite unfriendly. Room didn’t seem clean, no iron or ironing board in room; had to go down to a small room in the basement. Breakfast very good and when requesting something always heard and responded to!"

The room could use new furniture but the view made up for it. Loved the nice touch the fresh fruit on the counter made. Such a good experience here."

Opportunities - for persons whose first time to Italy, like myself, more information is needed. Had to figure out logistics about the room (how to keep lights on, etc) because none of it was explained. Also there wasn’t a lot of information given about transport as this property is a little far from the train stations or even bus lines....
