"I recently returned from a 2 night stay. The hotel is old grandeur but hasn’t been maintained for years. We arrived and the bathroom hadnt been cleaned and there were wet used towels still there. We had to ask for tea/coffee facilities - the plugs weren’t working and if we needed to speak to reception we had go there as the phone wasn’t working. The shower was unusable and shower head was positioned far too low to be used. The hairdryer was a 1960s style one connected to the wall which would get...
A votre avis. Je vais vous faire de la pub"
"This is an epic place to stay!
Such a memorable and special place and all the staff are equally as attentive and helpful as ive ever seen!
A truly magical place"
"Very nice hotel. The room was in old beaune style. Very little room for lots of luggage if you are traveling on a long trip. Loved the bathroom. Breakfast and court yard fantastic."
"Heated pool, chef at restaurant very sollicitous re food allergy. Housekeeping needed 3 reminders throughout the day to finally make up the room by 5pm on the second day.
"We weren’t sure about the location as we arrived as it was close to the motorway, but we didn’t hear any traffic. It’s a lovely building and well maintained and the lady on reception and serving dinner was just so friendly and welcoming. She served us cheese, bread and meats and we loved it. Room was great, good air-con. Would stay again."
"Wow. This was just an exceptional stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt so welcomed and were given some great recommendations for where to go during our holiday. The Chateau itself was just beautiful. The view from our room was incredible and the interior was stunning. I cannot wait to return!"
"Excellent location. Well equipped with laundry and dish washing machines. A nice surprise when we checked in. Host gave us an emergency ride to an event we booked when we could not get Uber or a cab. Great customer service!"
"The location of this property is right in the center of the village, walkable to a large variety of cafes, restaurants, and wineries.
We stayed in the “Chambertain” room (each of the rooms has a unique wine-related name, rather than a number).
The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are all on the ground floor, making the arrival with luggage very easy (especially nice for us being seniors).
The bedroom is very spacious in what was formerly an actual wine cellar at the lower / basement level! ...
