"It was mentioned breakfast is included. Just before having we checked and they told to have the breakfast. After eating they are saying you have to pay. Welcome Gift was mentioned while booking. it was not provided. Bathroom had urine smell and even the staffs agreed after checking. That shows the cleanliness of HOTEL "

"I had booked a superior room with mountain view but I was given a ground floor room which just opened out to some villas...no mountain in sight. The front desk denied saying that there are no mountain view rooms despite the fact that it was listed on hotels.com and I had chosen and paid for it. I had to get on a call with hotels.com for 45 mins to sort it out during which the owner apparently told the hotels.com customer service agent that mountain was not visible because of fog/mist...a total...
