"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

"Even though it was cool outside, the room was not cooled down during the night as we couldn’t leave the balcony door open due to a lot of mosquitoes and bugs. Wish there were fans in the room! There were so MANY flies in the breakfast room and buzzing around bread and jam and such. And I’m not exaggerating at all. Wonder how clean everything is. "

"This hotel was in a convenient location for my meetings. However, the actual hotel building is quite old. Check In was extremely slow - it took me a full 30 minutes from arriving at Reception to getting my room key. - there were only 2 people in front of me and there were no problems. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful. However, it is quite expensive so make sure that you are hungry enough to justify the breakfast buffet cost. "Our visit was during this covid time so things were a bit reduced but the service was excellent, friendly and they went out of their way to make our stay the best possible. So based on their customer service alone i would thoroughly recommend this hotel"
