"Well located property 5 minutes from historic center. Desk staff not terribly friendly. On site parking not available when we arrived. Fortunately street parking was available. Rather long walk to our room, which was good sized and nicely appointed. Breakfast was good, but over run with scarce seating and some items (fresh fruit) already eaten and unavailable."
"The executive suite is a nice large room. Nice bathroom with separate tub and shower. The toilet is separate from the bath and located next to the entrance of the room. It seemed odd at first but works out well. The location is perfect just a five minute walk to La Petite Venise. The train station is also convenient with about a 12 minute walk. The hotel is nice and quiet. We will be staying here any time we have a chance to visit Colmar."
"Quite luxurious contemporary building but must book ahead for dinner reservations as locals come often for a wonderful meal and views from the mountains top hotel and spa. Ma ny hotel residents came for the large spa and pool area ! The young woman at the reception was very helpful in calling our next hotel with questions about our booking. L"

"Good property. We had tow (2) rooms. They first located us in a no elevator area, up a narrow staircase to simply small rooms that DON'T look like their pictures on Expedia. Nice try. We requested different rooms, that they accommodated. Very nice baggage guy schleppe'd our bags up and down with a smile, from the first rooms and into our new rooms. Parking is not free, limited, "Parking Garage" is 3 INCREDIBLY SMALL spaces. When we left, the very nice front desk guy came out to guide us out...
