"Our room was very comfortable and clean. We found the temperature too high in the middle of the night. I would have liked a small bar of soap for washing my face. I (female) did not like the warm toilet seat, or the fact that the toilet flushed as soon as I stood up and before I had a chance to put the toilet paper in the toilet bowl. The reception staff were exceptional, very friendly and incredibly helpful, including advice about an adventure company in Jaca that took my son canyoning - it was a great recommendation. I would unfortunately have to say that the only exception to the fantastic service would be the staff in the dining room who came across as unapproachable and not very helpful."

"Quirky modern goodlooking rooms. Friendly reception. Confusing booking rules for meals and spa for non Spanish speakers. But most of all breathtaking view and surroundings. Peaceful for sleeping and awakening for hiking. Never experienced anything like it anywhere. Really cool, luxurious, private and beautiful little spa connected to the hotel. There was no pool though as stated in the hotels.com information. "

"Good place. Clearly a ski hotel but we stayed in summer so very quiet. Very few guests and staff looked after us well. We ate & drank well in the bar despite being the only ones in there. Bar well priced too. Condition of the hotel is good but still a few years in it now so not bang up to date, but good size room more like a suite. No parking, as advertised, but street parking plentiful and very close and free - seems safe as very quiet area. Breakfast decent, above average. Solid 3 to 4 star...

"It was raining the entire 3 days of our stay. We didn't get to do things we planned for our trip. Only so much we can plan for. The room was a little dated. Not having an electric water kettle for having hot beverage in the room was a little troublesome specially when we weren't able to go out. Have to go down to the reception to fill our own travel flask with hot water. There's only 1 electric outlet to charge electronics. Breakfast was ok.
