"Really pleasantly surprised about this place all its staff and amenities too. Stunning pool the deck was getting an upgrade but no dramas fit so many people easily amazing 👏 🙌 The rooms were great i can say floors need a polished but hey it was excellent with a great shower bathroom and balcony aswell most overlooking pool area. Swim up bar if thats you thing and the free breakfast was superb seriously good 👍 Eggs station cold meats sourdoughs to cut fruits cereals overnight oats...

"The breakfast was great, and the staff were wonderful, but unfortunately, the room experience was very disappointing. The room was full of bugs, and we had to deal with mosquitoes, geckos, and even ants on the bed. It made it extremely difficult to sleep comfortably at night. While I appreciate the hospitality and the good breakfast, the cleanliness and pest issue seriously affected our overall experience."

"Very good 👍 👍👍"

"ゆっくりとした時間を過ごせました。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。"

"The hotel is very nice. Wasn’t a huge fan of the restaurant food."

"The most beautiful beach and staff. The wifi was hit and miss at times but for being on an island not horrible. All in all we had an AMAZING visit and highly recommend."

"Insgesamt ganz in Ordnung wen man nur dort zum Schlafen ist. Leider war unser Moskitonetz kaputt, und das Dach ist nicht dicht wodurch wir viele Besucher hatten. Jeden Tag war leider auch Sekremente von Tieren im Zimmer."

"We tried not to nitpick as hotel is new. But by the end of our 4 nights stay, we were really disappointed. This is not an establishment living up to Accor standard. Just some of the things that did not go down well: 1) We found hair twice - once on a plate at the breakfast buffet & once at the bottom of an acai bowl we ordered from the restaurant. 2) Room was not cleaned properly - stains leftover from previous lodger in room and toilet. Tissue box was empty by our second day, but not...

"Great hotel and service!!! Keep in mind it might be hard to get to because of how narrow the road is but when you get there it is worth it and beautiful!"
