"Not an airport hotel. From Malpensa it was impossible to find the shuttle bus (and I travel intensively on 4 continents). The taxi was EUR 33. Going back to the airport you MUST reserve your seat in the shuttle or you Will be rejected (I saw people waiting and being rejected). Besides it is in a residential area with nothing else. The condition of the hotel, for the brand, is average. The staff in the first day were not welcoming."

"The hotel was good. There's a lot of construction at the moment across the street (where our window opened out to) and so that is quite loud. They couldn't give us two room keys at check in because they had no extra keys and that made our first day very difficult (one must have a key to turn on lights in the room but my companion wanted to go out in the evening and with only one key, I was left in the dark). We managed to get another room key the next day when they replenished their key cards."

"From our arriving to our departure, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were absolutely great. The breakfast offerings are amazing with a lot of different things from pastries and cakes to hot items."

"Great hotel with modern facilities, comfortable, well equipped, spacious rooms. Really good breakfast buffet and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Parking is very limited, so it’s very much a case of if you see someone move their car, then grab their space and think about whether you really need to take the car out during your stay."
