"Our stay was good. This hotel is set in a beautiful area but may be tricky to find for some. The disabled parking is a little limited and the parking spaces were quite small. We ate at the restaurant which was good. The room is advertised as having a double bed but there were 2 single beds put together with separate mattresses and covers - This was a shame as it meant we could not sleep as we would normally at home as a couple; this and the unfinished marks where previous light fixtures...

"I was giving a battle field tour on both Saturday and Sunday and had a lot of material. As a regular stayer with you over the last decade and as someone staying for 6 nights I was disappointed to have such a small lift and I couldn't open my suitcase without lifting it up on to the bed each time. "There was a shortage of storage space. There should have been a table or luggage rack under the television. When we asked for the room to be cleaned the dirty coffee cup was never removed and replaced with a clean cup. The decaf coffee was never replaced after the first day and we would have to request more at reception. These are minor deficiencies but in aggregate they become annoying. Overall we were pleased with the accommodations . "

"The room and bathroom are very spacious, but it's time to renovate the rooms and furnutures. TV has very limited channels. Poor room and bathroom amenities. Make sure you scan the var code to get all hotel information as soon as you check-in. I wake-up one morning and call for room service breakfast, but they didn't take my order, because I had to select my order on a piece of card and hang it outside the door before 2AM. On our last stayed, we were wake-up by loud bangs on the roof. When asking...

"The pillows were clearly horrible, square like the ones you put on a couch. The bedding was too small for the single beds. Even when you order a double bed room you get two single beds. There are no King size nor even queen size beds, just singles either solo, apart or together. The restaurant was empty at 6PM but when I wanted to dine there with my family we were refused and told to make a reservation with an earliest option of 8 PM! So we were forced to eat elsewhere. Pathetic! I needed an...

"There was a large car park next to the hotel, Wi-Fi worked, hot water flowed, coffee and tea-making facilities were available, quality and facilities of the hotel and rooms matched the price. I cannot fault anything major. Hotel next to the zoo garden. The zoo has a panda bear (maybe), which some zoos don't have immediately."
