"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war ausgewogen und mehr als ausreichend. Das Restaurant mit Weinbar war toll und hatte eine sehr schöne Terasse, die mit viel Grün und Blühendem vom Parkplatz abgegrenzt wurde. Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel für Bad Kreuznach immer wieder wählen, auch wenn es ein Stück außerhalb...

My personal criticism is the rooms are poorly soundproofed and having the Gym on the top floor is not the best option.
I could hear every dropped dumbbell.

"WENS is a modern, convenient, reasonably priced, and well-maintained hotel in the commercial part of the Mainzer suburb Hechtsheim. I had booked WENS for a couple of nights and went back two weeks later when I had to be in Mainz again. Rooms have coffee maker, water boiler, and fridge, and most importantly a good desk to work. Nice breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly staff. I am very likely going back next time in Mainz."
"Awful. The website is tricky. The pictures are tricky. They sent us to stay in another building, with no staff. It was mainly a museum, with nobody there, very creepy. I didn’t even feel safe at night. The towels were so old and dirty. The carpet was so dirty. There was dirty linens in the hallway and nobody even bother to clean it.
There is no elevator and there is nobody to help you to take your luggage up.
I absolutely do not recommend to stay here."
"Das E-Laden ist mit 49 Cent nicht marktüblich und daher sehr teuer. Tiefgaragenparkplätze speziel für E-Fahrzeuge sind von benzinbetriebenen Fahrzeugen blockiert.
Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig.
