"Thank you Deepika from the reception for all your help and thanks all other staff-members for the good service.
This is a very nice place "away from it all" up in the mountains"
"We stayed for three nights. Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were amazing and specially we need to mention our butler, Sakunthala and she was great and made our stay extremely memorable and special. Food was amazing too. We wanted to see Kandy perahara and the general manager immediately contacted the manager from queens hotel Kandy, who got us excellent seats to watch the perahara. Staff were so friendly and made our trip truly enjoyable."
"We arrived on location 2 hours prior to check in from à long 5 hour drive. Our driver told us there were many traffic jams along the way so we were not sure about ETA. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were asked to wait in the lobby only to be told our room was not available as they had a group of people that would only come back in the evening so we were redirected to another - unsuitable- hotel for our specific needs. The hotel manager told us they they had already issued the refund for our stay...
"Låg helt off, jättesvårt att hitta. "
"For our one-night stay in Kandy, this hotel was the perfect base, centrally located and easy to get around from. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was comfortable and well-appointed.
We were also pleased with the variety on offer at both breakfast and dinner buffets, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Kandy."
