"The front desk staff were so polite, professional and kind - a great first impression. The interior design details for this brand are unsurpassed. The beds are SO WONDERFUL. However, this was first stay since being acquired by Hilton and things have slipped. The breakfast area was staffed with only two people - they tried their best, but they were completely understaffed. The wallpaper in the elevator is in dire need of repair, as well as the puckered/peeling ceiling and leaking sink...
