"First of all the location is excellent… right in the middle of the rainforest, although the drive up there is not for the faint hearted. My room was very basic, which was expected. The thing I didn’t like was that the door to the deck didn’t seal at all, so when the wind blew at night it rattled the blinds and kept me awake. "Staff were very welcoming and upgraded us to a larger apartment. We only stayed one night but the kids were very appreciative not to all be in 1 room. The apartment was spacious, clean & quiet. There was plenty of parking and all the plants & birds made it feel homely."

"It’s an excellent location to stay for visiting Springbrook - most major trails/lookouts and cafes are a few minutes drive away. The floor, kitchen, bathroom, bed, couches and tables were very clean; instant coffee, tea and milk was provided in the cabin, and the kitchen was helpful (essential) for the night when the cafes are all closed.
