"Arrived on a Sunday evening. Upon checking in we were advised that there were limited staff and if anything was needed, requests needed to be made before 10 or 11, depending on the need. Appreciate the info- I wouldn’t need anything but what if I was on vacation and this wasn’t just a place to sleep for the night? For sure didn’t feel valued. Everything else was nice but this was a first impression that stuck with me the whole time and after."

The bed was completely comfortable and just made my stay pleasant. The location was close to many activities and restaurants. Overall it lived up to its high standards"
