"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Baglioni in Florence during our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. The honeymoon upgrade was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, and we were incredibly grateful for the care and attention that went into making our stay memorable. "Really amazing place"

"Extremely unprofessional staff, very uncomfortable and squeaky beds, and very noisy rooms. Overall one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in."

"Very well decorated, look lije a palace. Extremally well located, excelent staff"

"Excelente hotel , desayuno muy completo , habitaciones muy cómodas."

"فنانه"

"I liked that there was a restaurant and a buffet for breakfast and I have one complaint. Why is the pool not inside because it’s usually really cold in Italy and but that was not very major. The hot tub was very nice. It could be warmer and the bed was hard other than that everything was perfect."

"Space was small and the air con is central. We did not have control of the air con and had to call the reception each time we needed to alter the temperature."

"Very helpful front desk employees. Whether it was laundry, dinner suggestions, or a warm greeting they were all helpful and it made our stay more enjoyable. Decor was a bit dated but rooms were clean, and location was excellent, particularly if you take the high speed train into or out of town."
