"The pools and outside space are lovely at its very picturesque but the room was very dated and the bathroom was in poor condition with glass slats missing. The air-conditioning is old and struggled to cool the size of room. The shampoo and shower gel dispenser was broken when i contacted reception the receptionist was unhelpful. People smoke everywhere and even an employee who has a room in a no smoking area thinks it ok with children around. "

"This is a beautiful property. Immaculately kept with beautiful pools and shaded areas. The staff are delightful especially at the restaurant. The check in process is a bit lengthy and officious but fine. Some of the rooms are near the cleaners store and we awoken at 8am with the cleaner banging around. "Lovely hotel close to Rethymno old town (about a 15 minute walk). Staff were friendly and happy to help. The hotel was very modern which we liked and the pool was a good temperature and great for when it was hot during the day. Would recommend if your planning to go to Rethymno "

"The staff was truly amazing-Elena at the front desk, Spyros at dinner and the entire crew made us feel special. They helped us up the stairs with our luggage and made a special table for us at dinner under the bougainvillea tree. The dinner was amazing, one of the best we've had in Greece. The early morning taxi to the airport with Theodore was punctual and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again when in Rethymno!"

"It was a great spread for breakfast which was included with our reservation: coffee, orange juice, toast with butter, jam and hazelnut spread, omelette with your choice of toppings and a bowl of fresh fruit. The hostess was very helpful in explaining where we could park our car for free nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for a one night stay."

"Beautiful large room, very clean, really good breakfast with large variety of food on offer, nice pool, close to beach. Close to shops and some lovely restaurants. About 20 min stroll into old town. Close to turtle beaches. In the large room there was both overhead and hand showers and a jacuzzi bath. Lovely friendly and welcoming staff. Just fabulous. Would definitely stay there again. "

Many other reviewers commented on the lack of parking so we proactively reached out to the hotel to get recommendations on where to park. There is a free lot about 100 meters from the hotel. "Nice, quiet and clean comfortable stay. The breakfast was good. We got twin bed when requested for double, they added a nice thick topper. Very helpful staff. And added bonus as they gave us free olive oil gift as well as Easter gift hamper. Just a note to remember that you get water only on your arrival then you need to get your own. "

"Situated on shore in a central location with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Room was fine, if basic. Hotel has a small parking lots a few hundred meters distant. On street parking looks doable. The hotel offered a nice farewell gift. Overall, pleasant. It undoubtedly will be nicer when weather is warmer, the pool is usable, and the activity on the shore is busier. "
