"Friendly staff, top facilities"

"Ottimo tutto."

"Lovely room. Small but comfortable in an exceptional location 5 min walk from Old Town. Thank you."

"Great location and a stunning castle view. Staff were great."

"Excellent staff and hotel . Food not good yet quite expensive"

"If this hotel were half the price, I would say 5 star. However, it wasn’t. Pros: the man checking us out was phenomenal. The view is unmatched, location is great if you are looking to shop. Cons: linens were very low end. Towels and bathrobe were extremely cheap. No wash cloths(I know this is norm, but not at nice hotels.) don’t get me started on the small flat pillows. Tea kettle was dirty. We stayed in Grassmarket with a balcony and castle view for much less and was infinitely better quality...

"I had a great stay between the 25th of October to the 28th. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. I had a quiet room on level 4 which was great and the room had everything I needed."

"Had a BiggyUp room which was spacious and clean although furniture layout could be improved. Great shower and bathroom."

"Very convenient and comfortable"
