"Overall, an “ok” stay- Our hotel room had carpeted floors, which felt unclean and there were wrappers under the bed that hadn’t been vacuumed. The bathroom was clean and the room service was good. We traveled with a small child in a travel crib and both mornings upon wakening we noticed she had been bit overnight on her arms and face- even when we slept with the windows closed! "Sehr schönes modernes Hotel! Super Spa Bereiche, gutes Essen und vorallem sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Egal ob beim Check in, im Restaurant oder im spa Bereich. Die Mitarbeiter geben einem das Gefühl hier sehr willkommen zu sein und haben Spaß an ihrer Arbeit. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch Raphael aus dem spa, der extra für uns 30 Minuten früher zur Arbeit gekommen ist, damit wir alle eine Massage bekommen ( es war sonst alles ausgebucht) Echt top! Wie kommen wieder !"

"Das Personal beim einchecken war überfordert. Handtücher im Spabereich gab es nicht, für 4Sterne plus???? Das Bett ist sehr klein, auch für ein Einzelzimmer sollte das größer sein. Frühstück wie immer hervorragend."
