Points of attention: Parking garage has very small roads and is cramped. There is an elevator, but the hotel can only be entered by stairs, not suitable for wheelchairs etc. "

"Very pleasant one night stay . Hotel has a beautiful reception area and gardens. Our room was bright and sunny with views. We walked into Sergovia - about 25 mins though there are 2 buses which would take you there too. "

"5 star hotel, 5 star staff, top of the line service, restaurants in property serving breakfast buffet, and dinner, the location!!! The property is impecable, rooms are huge, comfy beds, big bathroom and fluffy towels. Nothing compare to Paradores in Spain. This is the second property I stayed during this road trip and i am extremely happy I chose to stay at Paradores . Highly recommend it!! "

"Cheapest most uncomfortable pillows. No bath mat. Dangerous shower configuration. WAs occasionally noisy with limited noise suppression. Great breakfast but staff were not replacing buffet items. Scrambled eggs gone. Too warm room. Great location. Kind staff. "

"El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien localizado y en general agradable. Ahora vienen los peros, el patio no es utilizable y no hay vistas a las montañas. Las tele apenas se veía por cortes de la señal y No había Netflix (no es que me preocupe mucho pero no lo tenían). La nevera es de las pequeñas y el congelador ínfimo. Es cierto que admiten mascotas pero con un suplemento por limpieza de 10€ diarios. Estuvimos 3 días y no he visto ni rastro de la limpieza diaria."

"Excellent country rural hotel. Interesting rooms furniture etc, quaint, traditional farmhouse style. Dont expect tv in the rooms or coffee/tea making. But we loved it and lots of historical interst nearby and country and mountain walks etc."

"What a fabulous property. It was so beautiful. Seemed a little like the middle of nowhere but really close to Segovia. The hotel is set around a stunning courtyard. We had a lovely apartment which was perfect for us. It even had a jacuzzi to rejuvenate us after our travelling. "
