"So we booked for a harbor view on a high floor when we arrived we were told room not available and we were given a suite on lower level with view of a roof. Went to have a quick bite at the bistro ordered a couple of burgers which took over 20 minutes (they were good and server very nice ) hotel is very nice, bed pillows etc. the problem was NO HOT WATER. The desk was called a little after nine an informed we were told we would receive a call back . No we called again we were told an engineer...

"I actually liked the hotel. What I didn't like was the fact that you have to cross a busy traffic circle to get to and from the parking lot. I seems like the parking was an after thought. Otherwise, not bad, comfortable bed and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby."

"Clean hotel, looks like nice. Beyond that I'd stay elsewhere. No amenities to be seen, gotta pay for coffee in the morning. No water anywhere-was actually told to go across the street to a restaurant to buy some which is pretty crazy. The tiniest room I've ever seen, including some nyc hotel rooms. If it was at a much cheaper price it'd make more sense."

"This was an absolutely perfect place to stay while we were in Baltimore! It is in walking distance to Fells Point , shops ; restaurants . You can see walk quite a ways along the water to get there . Very safe and nice . The staff is super friendly and helpful! French restaurant on site with great options."
