"close to train station. No amenities in hotel but we didn't care. if you go to this hotel, your basic expectations for hospitality will not be met. Front desk personnel don't know anything about Customer service. They answer questions in a defensive manner as if you are accusing them of anything. They even have the audacity to raise their voice when you dare to ask again or clarify their responses because of the language barrier. They get annoyed as soon as they realize you don't speak Italian....

"The hotel was centrally located and great for walking to nearby shops and sights. There were restaurants right outside the door. The most difficult part was choosing which one we wanted to try. It was also very close to the airport, which is one of the main reasons we chose to stay there. I would absolutely recommend staying here."

"This is a perfectly located boutique hotel. All the team were exceptionally helpful and provided a lot of local information. The room I had was modern, uncluttered, well appointed with a touch of class and art! The breakfast had a great range of foods with coffees also made fresh to order. Reception is manned 24/7 so early and late arrivals are handled well. We were also able to leave our bags after checking out to explore locally on our last day as we had a very late flight. "I have no complaints about this property. My overall experience was great. The staff were all very professional, and the room was spotless—including the bedsheets and towels. The bed itself was very comfortable, the breakfast was high quality, great water pressure and consistent hot water in the shower, and the secure paid parking made everything easy. The location was also excellent. I will definitely stay here again if I come back and visit Lecce!"
