"Excellent location, walking distance to most places we wanted to go including the Royal Mile, Princes Street, Stockbridge, Holyrood House, National museum of Scotland, national galleries, Scot Monument, the list goes on.
Hotel was excellent for breakfast and we had an evening meal on one of the nights which was also excellent. Bar has a nice ambience and staff very attentive. The room itself was so clean and bed extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend."

"Beautiful property and convenient to airport. I stayed there my last night in Edinburgh. Setting is peaceful and lovely. Only downside was that there was mildew in the caulking in the bathtub/shower, which was surprising given that the rest of the property was well maintained."

"The property was in a great location and the concierge staff was particularly helpful. The room was quite warm and we weren’t told about the air conditioning in the room. Besides that, everything was good. The hallways were dark."

"The hotel is in a great location. There was view of the castle from the window but there are bars and resturants across from where our room was. This was lively and noisy until 1am.
The room was hot and stuffy so we opened the window but it barely opened so it had little impact to make the room cooler.
The room and bathroom is dated."

"The room size was perfect and the beds were super comfortable, clean and adequate for our needs. The disappointment was with shower and TV which was not displaying definition nor colour.
Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice and helpful staff."

"Holiday Inn Edinburgh Zoo was an excellent place to stay. The overall hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy, including the rooms. The restaurant was lovely as well and all staff were brilliant. Location was perfect. Zoo next door which we visited (amazing zoo) and easy access to the city centre with bus stops directly outside and every 10 minutes. Thank you Holiday Inn"
