"Very old hotel, it needs a big time renovation, carpets in the hall are ugly and not practical, suitcases don’t roll smoothly, bathroom is the worst part, smells and not good for tall people. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything when trying to sleep. I requested an iron and it wasn’t available until the next day and I had to pick it up from the lobby, it was bulky and uncomfortable to bring it up and it didn’t work properly, breakfast was not the best for occidental people …… location...
"This was my 2nd time staying here. It was great. Close to subways and a nice neighborhood just far enough away from the touristy places but centrally located where you are never more than 30 min away from most popular places."
"This was a lovely hotel that is brand new in Oimachi. It’s attached to the Oimachi train station which runs into central Tokyo and also extremely close to Haneda airport which was why we stayed here at the tail end of our trip. It is surrounded by an outdoor, multilevel shopping and dining mall that is also brand new and where you can find a lot of things you may need without taking the train to go anywhere if you have a flight to catch. The staff are extremely helpful and there’s a restaurant...
"The people working there are fine, friendly, and professional - no issues there. The property is dated and rooms - as in our case - can be awkwardly laid out - with hilariously squeaky doors, a half step up to the bathroom, and only 2 outlets for charging, both part of a small desk right by the entrance. Not exactly the bedside service one would hope for. It's clean and convenient and reasonably priced, and one of the few old school hotels in the area - noth best, not the worst, just OK."
"Place is very clean. Rooms were huge and had a mini-fridge. Pajamas and slippers were included. Shower that the built-in laundry line to dry clothes, which is so considerate. Love the universal light switches next to the bed. Hotel very clean and free Starbucks coffee on the 47th floor. A bit inconvenient to take a separate elevator to the 47th floor. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable chairs for lounging in the room,"
