"Property is dated but clean. Very sparse in decor, no pictures on the wall. The location is good and convenient to the beach. We purchased the Full Board option but the food was pretty gross and the fact you have assigned times to eat felt very limiting. It wasn't ideal to plan our day around when we could eat. "Fabulous hotel, modern, clean, bright. We took half board; a good variety of choices on the whole, though the chips were always soggy, never crispy. Annoyingly the WC in the room was not a separate, fully-enclosed cubicle so smells could permeate.... And you had to pay to enter the spa to use the jacuzzi or sauna, so we never went. "Great aparthotel. Helpful staff and very Covid safe. Our apartment was not big but had enough space and balcony had nice view to sea and mountains. Everything was renovated and new looking. Modern and fresh. Bathroom good. Kitchenette locked up as cleaning of it not included, but you could ask for the key to the cupboard unit. The microwave was accessible. Great location just 2 min walk to beach and seafront bars. Too far to walk to old town though. Parking secure but we had roof box so parked...

"Loved it. Right across the street fro Playa Norte which was wonderful. Parking was a bit pricey at 20 euros a day where our other hotels throughout Spain were free. We did half board with breakfast and dinner. We were super impressed with the food. "

"The rooms were old and took close to 12 hours to cool down once we arrived. The balcony was not suitable for infant as she could fall under the guardrail. The bathroom was outdated and moldy. The dining options were very limited and very crowded. The music at night went until 12 midnight which was very loud and too late. The staff was lovely though - very kind and helpful. The facility just needs a major upgrade for being marketed as a 4 star resort it didn’t meet my expectations. "
