"A spacious room and bathroom were the strengths of our stay. The room itself was comfortable and large enough for two, and the bathroom was clean and pleasant to use. The setting was less convincing. The street around the hotel, and the hotel frontage itself, looked worn and poorly kept, with little sign of regular maintenance. Check-in was not available until 15:00. During the stay we mislaid the room card and were charged NT$500 for a replacement. That fee felt high for a key card. Sound...

"Love the hotel. especially the staff. The entrance and lobby are grand, and the front desk staff was so nice; not one, but two staff members came to open doors from our Uber with big, friendly smiles.
