"I would throughly recommend this hotel. The room was spotless on arrival and kept amazingly clean by Kanjanee, the house keeper. The swim up room was excellent and we enjoyed several relaxing days with the pool literally at the doorstep. The breakfasts were good with something for everyone and the hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the beach and a few minutes from the road with plenty bars and restaurants.
We've moved on to Phuket for our second week but missing The Waters...
"What a wonderful resort. We had a pool access room and loved it. The room was spacious and well set out. The patio also generous. The pool depth at the room access was only 0.5m so made entry/exit easier. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast was also very good with nice tasting bacon, eggs any way to order and a great selection of other dishes.
Highly recommended"
"Zimmer sehr sauber. Hotel modern, insbesondere für thailändische Verhältnisse. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Frühstück in Buffetform sehr reichhaltig.
"One of the worst hotel experience I ever had. I have never been to a hotel where it start from reception you ask them for extra bottle of water, have to explain why you ask them for extra water. You go to restaurant, nobody os there to attend you. You go back to receptionto ask if its opentheybsay its open, you go back torestaurant thebits nobody there again.asked for s Taxi service got over price rate, asked stay extra night not possible."
"Smiling staff. Helpfull. A huge fantastic white b each in front of the hotel. Some beach bars and caffes in the vicinity. Also a minimarket.
Kaolak center 15 min. Taxi ride away "
"Beautiful property BUT full of steps and absolutely no accessibility for people with mobility challenges.
great staff, and really lovely beach dining. But moving from ones room to the beach is a lot of walking and steps
it’s an expensive resort given it doesn’t have enough arrangement to get around for elderly people. "
