"Rooms were nice and clean but we had an annoying noise coming from an air vent inside a wardrobe that drove us wild, made them aware and they attempted a bodge to cover it up but it still persisted and spoiled our sleep. The only other complaint is when we were dining a family with young children had been eating beside us and the kids had food on the floor, due to the hot weather there were a lot of flies about and they were congrigating around the food on the floor. "Charming but a bit inconsistent. Staff were mostly wonderful but a couple were unprofessional. Breakfast was either good and what you asked for, or mediocre and completely wrong. The room was either serviced well or someone had walked in, changed the loo roll, left cleaning products in the bathroom and walked out. It COULD be brilliant, the gardens are beautiful, beds are comfy and clean, some of the staff are fantastic and we'll miss it but they need everyone to be as good as Liam!"
