"The hotel is very quiet and very clean. The outdoor eating area was very nice but if you're there for a lunch and a dinner the menu is minimal for choices. The bar and any indoor eating was closed on a Wednesday. The breakfast buffet was very nice with an assortment of options. It's the most convenient location to the airport and the shuttles run every 20 minutes on time."

"I was a little disappointed because it said that coffee was included with the room. The first day was okay, but on the second day, when we asked for creamer, they said we had to pay for it. Usually, most hotels include coffee. It was surprising that we stayed at Novotel Zurich and they didn't have that policy."

"Hotel is within walking distance to the high end shopping street. Our room was small and decorated with nice colorful furnitures and wall art. It was however, too warm and our AC did not work. (outside mid 60's). We called the receptionist to have it fixed but the maintenance person couldn't troubleshoot it. They gave us a fan instead. I hope they'll fix this before the summer heat. "We needed a place close to the airport for a early flight and this hotel was perfect. They have a small parking lot. The hotel is right across the highway from the rental car area of the airport. We were able to return our rental car and walk to the hotel which was great. A very busy hotel and well used. They lobby area was nice and the staff were cordial and helpful. The room was small and as clean as it could be with the amount of use it must get. Nice modern bathroom and clean. The hotel runs a shuttle to the airport starting at 4 a.m. and runs every ten minutes. We took the 4:30 a.m. shuttle and it was on time and took us directly to the airport without stopping at any other hotels which was wonderful. It took about 5 minutes to get the to the airport from the hotel at that time."
