"Nice smart hotel, very clean. Easy check in/out process. Great parking, plenty of spaces, onsite and only £6 per night which is very reasonable. We had a room for 3 of us - that bathroom door is opaque glass and situated directly onto where the beds were so when anyone used the bathroom in the night the ight came straight through the glass door and illuminated the room - this would be better as a solid door to block the light. Other than this, we had a nice stay for one night here"

"We booked be ause this hotel has air conditioning and the weather forecast looked like we might need it. AC is not readily avaliable in UK. Was disappointed that the staff said they would help with arranging transportation to Heathrow ( in email correspondence) and then when we asked at the desk, they told us to do it ourselves! And our second request ( for a late check out of 12:45) was denied. They said the best they could offer was 12:00. We ended up checking out at 11 and leaving our bags...

"The staff went above & beyond to make sure my oxygen supply was put into the room as soon as we arrived. Provided a room within easy walking distance to facilities & allowed us to check in 3 hours early. There was 9 in our group & the restaurant was happy to move tables around so we could sit together.
