It was such a surprise when I stayed here. The culture is really geared towards customer service. From the moment I checked in to when I was surprised with a goodie bag when I checked out, the experience was nothing short of perfect. The larger big boys could learn something.

We stayed in the Deluxe Studio Suite and it was exactly as pictured. It was super clean and new, the bed was very comfortable, and the decor was very nice. Don't be dismayed by the hallway leading up to the room. It's under renovations still and has "old building" smell. Also, I was thankful that someone else stated in a review that the code to get into the room would be sent at 3 PM the day of check-in. The code was texted to me promptly at 3PM, along with other info. There is no front desk or...

This is my favorite place in miles city, montana. I walked into the room and the smell was so fresh and amazing. Always clean and the staff are so friendly and eager to help. There are 2 good restaurants next door so easy dining. The shopping mall just down the street a bit. It was quiet and i feel safe to go outside with the dogs.
