"We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Resort. We were able to get interconnected rooms for our family of five and this worked out well. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and all the little spots to relax, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Buffet breakfast was reliable - pizzas at the pool were fantastic and we loved the fire show! Only real downside was the location, a shuttle service to and from town would have been...
"Liked the options for pools and snorkelling. Rooms are a bit tired and need some maintenance but wasnt expecting perfection. Boat to the mainland is very convenient. Main negative was the fact that we were sent an early bird special link to book massages and experiences, so we did but then when on the island they tried to charge full price. It took 3 separate conversations on 2 days to have the prices corrected. This took time from our holiday.
An idea is also to put a small bar at the beach...

The transfer from the airport to the banana boat and then welcome to the hotel was great after a delayed flight. If you have mobility issues, this probably isn’t the place for you as you’ll need to manage your bags on a floating pontoon.

"Hi Island Magic Resort is a little bit out of Port Vila which we enjoyed. We also loved the self catering....could get fresh vegies and fish from the markets but also great to have Birdies cafe on site after busy day snorkling etc. The food was delicious especially the specials and the staff were lots of fun.
The villas were lovely and had everything we needed for a relaxing break.
It's also an easy walk to Tanna Coffee which was an added bonus."
