"I loved my holiday in this hotel. The pools were clean and warm. The room was clean and spacious.
The staff worked very hard and made us welcome. We enjoyed the lunch time exercise sessions in the pool.
For all inclusive the food was varied enough with themed nights. Asian was the star of the show!
Sometimes the waits were rather long for lunch in the pool bar, but this was ok.
My only gripe is poor behaviour of some guests putting towels on loungers early and hardly using the space they had...
"Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do.
I don’t recommend it at all."
"Camera pulita, Personale cordiale.
"+ All staff friendly and super fun
+ Room very clean, spacious, everything you could need
+ Multiple pools
+ All inclusive drinks selection way more impressive than led to believe online
+ Activities very whimsical
- Food for vegetarians a little repetitive
All round, would definitely like to return."
"This was our 2nd visit to the hotel with our 3 year old. Clean room on arrival and room was cleaned every day new clean towels when requested, we took a spare absorbent sheet to put on our toddlers bed that was washed without being asked which was so kind, all staff very friendly, bar staff always happy to help, pool very clean and plenty of sun loungers all day so no need to go to the pool early in the morning to try and reserve sun beds. Lovely selection of food catering for all needs and...
"Supert opphold i Garachico. Liten intim by for noen dager. Anbefales og nyt ferie her i Garachico. Hilsen Sissel "
on recommande sans reserve"
"Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom floor in the main bathroom was dirty, cleaned it ourselves. No bar/snack bar open ,which we were not told about. Last year when we stayed it was open and you couldn't have your own food/drinks, so they need to sort out what the rules are.
Pool is heated and good.sun lougers could do with replacing as they are very uncomfortable. Overall a pleasant stay for the price"
"Amazing villa. Very clean. Fresh. Well equipped. Stunning views from pool area. Amazing staff at the other end of a message to answer all queries.
Very central to shops, restaurants beach. All within 10 min walk.
We will definitely be returning to Cassangular by upper in the future."
