"This hotel is gorgeous. Bathroom was not as nice as other hotels around Japan but I def would stay here again. We knew nothing of Sendai but wanted to stop and check it out on our way up to Hokkaido and Sapporo. "

"The room and food were excellent. The staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. I book a room with a double bed with mountain view (paid extra for) and there is no such room. If you stay there, contact the hotel directly prior to booking to make sure the room exist. The hotel understood the mistake and they were going to relocate after the second night to a new room for the last 2 nights, but it was too much trouble to move. Been to Japan over 50 times and this resort is...
